Two things. An AMH blood test, and an ultrasound scan to count your antral follicles (AFC). The scan is done by Dr. Trinna Karmmakar, our lead fertility specialist, so you can ask questions while your ovaries are literally on screen. The whole thing takes about 45 minutes.
Your follicle count is on the screen during the scan, and Dr. Trinna walks you through it live. Your AMH result comes back within 24–48 hours. Then Jessie, our fertility coach, takes you through both numbers together. Results, questions, next steps, costs, timelines.
